Description

The Ministry of Finance has rationalized so many customs exemptions through the Finance Act 2023. Further, as a simplification measure, several concessional rates have incorporated in the Customs Tariff Schedule itself instead of prescribing them through notifications. These changes in tariff rate have come into effect from 1st August, 2023. The new edition covers all the post budget changes of Customs Tariff, IGST, Excise and Foreign Trade Policy updated upto 1st August, 2023.
